Esomeprazole is used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate. It is used to treat the symptoms of prostate problems (such as difficulty in getting and/or maintaining a hard, watertight erection, weak stream, pain in the middle of the chest, pain in the lower stomach). It also treats erosions (edema, swelling, and watery prostatitis) in prostate cancerc, prostate cancer, and benign prostatic cysts. It may also be used to prevent cold sores. This medicine may be taken with or without food. Swallow the entire pill whole.
Esomeprazole may be taken with or without food. Swallow the whole. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Nexium 24HR Tablets 20mg may take between 1 to 3 days before you have surgery. Take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Take this medicine at about the same time(s) each day. Take this medicine with a high-fat meal(s). You may take it with or without food at different dosages(s). If you take it with a high-fat meal(s), your dose of esomeprazole may depend on what you are being treated for. Just lie down for 1 minute and then go to a lying position. Take this medicine for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before you have sex. Esomeprazole may take 1 to 4 weeks before you feel fully comfortable with sex. If you are not very comfortable with sex, do not take this medicine again.
If you take this medicine for about 1 year, your risk of getting a broken or cancerous lining increased. But this medicine does not protect you or your partner from sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV/ AIDS). Before you start or stop using this medicine, talk to your doctor about the use of this medicine in your practice.

Caution: Do not use if you are allergic to esomeprazole or any of the ingredients of this medicine.
How to use:

The tablets should be swallowed whole. Do not chew or crush the tablets
